There has been a lot of coverage on the global energy market: Low energy reserve, soaring prices, retailers going out of business, and ultimately higher electricity bills. We understand this might make our members worried, but we are here to assure you that everything will be fine.
We believe that honesty and transparency are fundamental in running our business. In that spirit, we aim to address all your concerns.
How does this affect my current contract?
Let us be clear on this: nothing will change to your current contract. You will still receive 100% renewable electricity and be billed based on the rate and contract agreement you signed with us.
As Flo members, you are protected from the price hikes in the current wholesale market. We purchase all of our electricity in advance the moment you sign up with us.
If you are on Flo Business Fixed plans, your electricity rate throughout the whole contract period has been locked at the beginning of your contract and will not change.
If you are on Flo Business Discount or Flo Business Flex plans, we will apply the same amount of the discount throughout your whole contract period.
Will Flo go out of business soon?
Because we buy all of our electricity in advance, we do not have to worry about the increasing price while trying to meet the electricity demand.
Therefore, Flo members do not need to worry about their electricity supply. We have everything covered, and we will still be around to supply you with 100% renewable electricity.
